All services are subject to vehicle availability and verification of customer information.

3. Booking & Payment

A booking is considered confirmed only after a deposit (DP) is received.
The remaining balance must be paid before or upon delivery of the vehicle.
Payment methods include bank transfer, QRIS, or cash (if agreed in advance).
BG Rental Mobil reserves the right to cancel bookings if false or incomplete information is provided.

4. Eligibility for Rental

Customers must provide valid identification and a valid driving license (SIM A) for self-drive options. For chauffeur service, no documents are required beyond name and contact information. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including concerns over safety or document validity.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree:

Not to misuse our vehicles or services
Not to allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
To return the vehicle on time, in the condition it was provided
To comply with local traffic laws and rental terms

Any violations, damage, or late return may incur additional charges or legal consequences.

6. Website Use & Restrictions

You agree not to:

Interfere with the Site’s operation or security
